Ok. In my honest opinion. Sweet raspberry is too sweet for me. The flavor is palpable. But it’s just too strong for me. I got the same benefits as from the prior Oder I did with the strawberry watermelon unsweetened. Which is lower, blood pressure, better energy, and better circulation!!! You can’t go wrong with any Tikva you choose. Just depends on your taste for flavors. I would love too see a blueberries and cream flavor!!!!

So I’ve tried 3 different flavors of Tikva. My favorite one is strawberry watermelon. It’s not sweet. For those of you who like a less sweet healthy drink that’s gonna help your heart and your blood pressure, this is the one!!! Tikva has lowered my BP, helped my circulation, and gives me a great energy boost. I can’t say good enough things about tilkva!! If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Just try it. You will notice a difference in your heart health!!!!
