Turmeric Root

In a small clinical trial with participants taking 500mg of Turmeric 3x a day vs patients taking 50mg of Diclofenace (a leading anti-inflammatory drug). Scientists found both groups had significant pain relief, but the turmeric group had less issues. [1]

In addition, recent research has examined turmeric’s role in weight loss.

Test-tube studies suggest that curcumin may suppress particular inflammatory markers that play a role in obesity. These markers are typically elevated in people with excess weight or obesity 

In a small study,  people who were previously unable to lose weight found that supplementing twice a day with 800 mg of curcumin and 8 mg of piperine led to significant reductions in body weight, body mass index (BMI), and waist and hip circumference 

Piperine is a compound in black pepper that may boost curcumin absorption by up to 2,000%. [1b]

Glucosamine Sulfate
Glucosamine Sulfate acts as a building block for proteoglycans which give cartilage its viscoelastic (buffering properties). It has anti-inflammatory effects similar to NSAID drugs. Some studies show Glucosamine may inhibit breakdown and even improve cartilage. [2]

Turmeric and Joint Support

I was suffering from some joint pain in my hands. I have been taking this for about a month and the joint pain is much better. I have also adjusted diet, but do feel this product has helped.

I’m sure it helps , but honestly I don’t feel any different . Also the NEW Tikva drink , is okay, however I prefer the original Tikva the best , it had more Ten more nutrients than the new Tikva , and it would mix up much better . This is my honest opinion .
