    I have been drinking Tikva since 2023. BP went from 140/100 to 95/80. Cholesterol is way down. But what really matters is how I feel. I am healthy. 66 years old and I am not sick. No flu, cold or other health issues. Since 2023. Tikva drink addressed blood sugar as well. So, all around health has improved tremendously.

    I have been using Rings for 2 years. My blood pressure was always high. This morning's BP was CD124 over 72, which is consistent with the last 6 months.

    I believe your product after being on it now for like seven months has given me more energy, but it unfortunately, has not helped to lower my systolic blood pressure. I was hoping it would, but it has not.

    Tikva Heart was recommended by a friend who had a reduction in her blood pressure. So I am on it now because I do not want to take medication and I have a few more months to go because of my age and I am already seeing some improvement in my blood pressure numbers!
