Strawberry Watermelon

The first time I started Tikva I was in my sixties and my blood pressure went down to normal very fast in less than one month. Because the only flavor at the time was only chocloate and I didn't like the flavor after a few months I quit taking it. Then my blood pressure went up again in my late eighties. My doctor put me on blood pressure meds. I did not like the way the meds made me tired and kinda dizzy. Then I found out that Tikva had some new flavors. I tried the new flavors and found
out I Iiked them. I had to stay on the doctor meds for quite awhile before my blood pressure went down to 118/71 and 119/70. I am 91 years old. I think I was normal blood pressure by my 90th birthday.

It's the best tasting Tikva drink by far.
