This drink has greatly helped my Cholesterol levels. They are currently in the green for my LDL, currently working on getting my HDL to a higher level. I have recommended this product to the rest of my family as it is in our genes. So far I am the only one that has been tested with how the progress has gone, but I'm sure they will be receiving the great results that I have just received.

I was looking for supplements that would help me feel better and help my heart at the same time. I was not recovering fully from a respiratory issue and my BP shot up taking an over the counter medication. I finished taking an antibotic and still was not feeling any better. I ordered TIKVA to give it a try. After 5 days of taking it, I started to feel much better and my BP was coming down!! I felt like I had energy again. I know it was the reason I got better and my BP is still doing better too. I haven't been sick since!

I have been using TIkva only a few weeks, and definitive results for a nutritional product typically become apparent over a period of months. But even in this short time, on some days I have had the lowest blood pressure readings I've experienced in a year and a half. Previously, despite exercise and medication, my lowest readings still were not in the range that is considered low risk. But I have entered that zone three times in the last few weeks. Not every day is as good as that yet, but this is a huge, and encouraging, experience for me. I like the raspberry flavor quite a lot, and look forward to drinking TIkva each morning. Tikva is also saving me money versus the array of supplements I was previously using to lower my blood pressure. If I had a friend with similar blood pressure issues to my own, I'd encourage them to give TIkva a try. Not every supplement works for every body, but this one has certainly provided me with optimism about the prospects for maintaining my BP at a healthy level.

Since I have been using Tikva, I have been able to stop my meds and my blood pressure has gotten back down to normal.

I am on my second jar. The flavor is great. Waiting to see the results. I am 76 years old so we will see.

Like the Mango flavor -- not as sweet tasting as the Raspberry - not as bitter as the chocolate.
