Will I really don't want to write a bad review, but I know this will not show on the review but I have my blood work done and blood pressure and everything is still high . I have been taking this for a while now and hope that it would help me but it didn't for the 114 dollars a month you would think it would do something im so disappointed that it didn't help.me at all .
